Leadership.

There comes a time in every creative person's life when they are looked to for guidance and help. We then move into that realm where it is no longer just a sharing of ideas but a time of trust and leadership. If only for a short time the creative person is being asked to assist others to overcome a possible stumbling point or seeks encouragement, at that moment they become a leader.
This will happen when the artist or creative person is seen to be one who is approachable. They are seen as good people, willing to offer help without thought. The response to a cry for help is important from whoever. A truly good person tends to be the one who makes no effort to give a show of goodness, they are simply good people and others seek them out for help.
There is in every walk of life those who make a great show of being a good and learned person. Frequently such people are best avoided because goodness without sincerity will not succeed and disappointment will result for those seeking help. Beware of those who are constantly running around giving out the aura of achievement, often little or nothing is actually achieved or done, much is left for others. Those who encourage with kindness are the true leaders, those who seek to lead by being a disciplinarian seldom manage to rally others to their side and little or nothing is completed.
True leadership is deeper than shallow action, it comes naturally, and others wish to respond and learn and be alongside such a leader.
Lao Tzu tells us, "The truly great holds onto what is real and meaningful, they go beyond the surface shallow things."
If your creativity has come to a stop and you are encapsulated, unable to move forward. If you have tried going back to that which you know and still find you have a creative block. Look around for the one who is a good person. The one who acts without boasting or a show of pomposity there you will find the words of encouragement needed to oil the wheels of progress.
